the cluster will work only pins different,
for sure speedo. VSS and Oil, and charge, and CEL. all lamps are same by function,
all that matters is speedo cable spins at right rpm but if off , its not going to be noticed, Just the needle and your eyes)
thats it, 1995 instrument panel plug into the 1997 wiring loom.
nothing more.
