Fuel rail firewall side leaking gas?

well like you said leak was getting worse and turning key on to do all the relay and combo switch tests i noticed a strong fuel odor. It was coming from that same part as the pump prime the rail every turn of the key. My leak for sure is from either the red arrows in this picture. Also no fuel is suppose to come out of that hole (green arrow) and what is the purpose of it?
   

Can I JBweld that lip where the lower red arrow is pointing to?
I see no other way of solving until monday?

In the next picture There are no leaks in any of these areas where arrows are pointing

   

I don't think is coming from banjo side either?
