Fuel rail firewall side leaking gas?

the red is fuel dye.
to be red like that takes a long time, or leaks all time and evaporates 1000s times making it red.
its a totally bad sign, fuel dye signs
but looks like back in the days of carbs and the carb was red all over... from that and the tetra-ethyl lead.
