Given the fact that, it over heats to 260 to 270F (above photos show no overheating)
so, if the fan runs on a hot engine, at 800 crankshaft rpm and 1000 fan rpm (i think the pulley is 1.2:1 ratio. 20 % faster.
if the fan is at 1000 rpm , it's not bad. (at idle)

the 15 dollar tacho tool can in fact save you from buying a $100 clutch (ours are $41 , walkin at NAPA)
