front oil seal leaking {crank seal? cam seal}

Hi jerry, thanks for getting back with me. son is picking up new pcv valve and we will put it regardless of clogged or not. $3part. i also read thru the entire thread mentioned above,and found on post 14 where I had talked to previous owner at the junk yard, and he said he had replaced both front seals. that being said, i dont remember if I did in fact replace the crank seal. so If the pcv valve isnt cllogged , then I may be tearing it down to replace that seal. I did check all bolts on the new T belt cover down low, and they were all tight. well, thats all I have for now. I'll fill you in later on what the valve does for clearing up the leaking oil.
