rear brake shoes are first. (good) and adjusted to spec, using the star adjuster for slight drag and back off a couple of licks.
then EMG.brake cables, and its adjuster.
watch out for cloned parts, on cars./ that do not fit or last. for sure 1995 cars
i am restoring 95 wrangler now, in my garage. just finished brakes. and works just like your car. (cept foot pedal)
try parts from rock auto dot com. and go by top brands, there,
the cables for 2 door ,4 door and hardtop ,rag top are not the same. << bingo?
