Rebuilt 5-speed making noise

the 4th gear whine is the most revealing.
4th is not a gear at all it is locked up action of the main shaft. end to end
I guess too noise happens transfer case in neutral.
the number bearings making noise in 4th it greatly reduces.
and is caused by bad bearings or bad cluster gears. as they spin all the time
if the gear teeth all looked ok the mostly are, mine above is brown colored and is not good, and was and overheating front cluster gear. and now in the dumps.
also if gear is changed out from 2nd spare case try to match up gear sets in pairs top and bottom as there are ll worn , now and matched. (used)
watch out for 5the gear idler , misaligned.
