pin 5 works off current and 3 resistors in he lever, switches.
the 3 modes.
the brake switches must be seen (eyes on), if some one hacked it and put in none cruise 2 pin switch and not 4 pin.
pedal up switch sends power to the cruise box
the other one if you tap the brakes lightly cruise ends. fast,

most the books seen are missing cruise option pages.  not sure why that is so.
above schematic i think is 1996. (e172 is my clue) so may be different but the functions on pins are the same. all of that.

Thanks! Ugh.. Where do I find the cruise control box under the dash? The car is pretty well "preserved" It was taken care of and not abused or hacked..so Im confident everything is there.. Thanx again
