1990 tracker isc solenoid test?

You are spot on - mine sis just that! I had this crazy idle and peeked inside the TB THROAT and could see the gasket edge well inside the throat. I also tested the isc by blowing into the holes - all 3 pass air when NO POWER is applied. How do I know when I find a good isc? What is test = good/ pass ( my original question)
