1990 tracker isc solenoid test?

you can barely see the brake booster in "engine bay 1" photo -its hidden by the air filter box. you can also see the clutch cable in the same photo (indicating it is a manual trans (5 spd) with power brakes.
my concern is the polygon hole shown here and the lack of hole shown here in gasket? I am using SMP kit # 1716

the gasket show above in my links shows that clearly blocked

here it is , inserted directly see the word bleed,
the where yours is , is blocked. the round hold below is blocked the other one inboard is blocked.

the warning I put below is if the gasket cracks and sucks in ,as they love to do it sucks air at the crack and idle races way too fast.
