Thanks for the sugestions and I know the issue of the partime 4w-drive.
I made this test with a friend help: Lifted up both front wheels free to turn. Than placed the shift in idle and the manual hub in lock position. Turned the steering all oneside than while my friend was applying a friction by a wood plate to the right wheel I was turning the left by hand. Doing this I was able to reproduce the CLANG and identified the source. It is coming from the ball joint wheel side. So I decided to dismount the wheel shaft and open the rubber hood. TADHAAAAAA! after some grease wipeout we could see the damage signes. (see pics) Turning by hand the join in dramatic angle we could find position the joint was completely blocked.
Orderd in UK on ebay remounted the wheel and protected the hub with tape.
This problem too seems to be solved but will update you with the final tes as the sparepart arrive.
I suspect someone was moving too large the steering angle limith stop bolt thus forcing the transmission or probably using the 4wdrive inproperly
Have fun
