ever put in a new timing belt? at 60k miles.
spark to all 4 spark plugs. (are the plugs newer than 60k miles old?)
not flooding? check for flooding
what i do on all cars like this, is use timing light (strobe) and see of timing is way off, spark timing, if way off, the cam belt slipped.
and compression can be like 80psi and not 150 psi like it must be.
did you crank it with wide open throttle, this magic trick cuts FUEL 100% cleaning any flood fast (assumes spark is right and cam and spark timing are still good)
keep in mind, this car this year, the DIzzy makes its own spark (not the ECU)

the CEL lamp can help you, insert the diagnostic jumper, crank for 5seconds, does the CEL flash codes other than code 12? yes, BINGO @!
