1990 Geo Tracker

I have a geo tracker with an automatic and I put a new coil in it I drove it two hundred miles. Went out the next day and it started and ran for about ten seconds and then it died and would not start it has fuel in good amount comming out of the return for the fuel pressure regulator it has spark. but will not start. any help would be appreciated jim 701-678-4185
