TPS issues

1996-16v engine, with MAF.
45s never lie.
what it means is , the ECU sees you driving fast and under load, (the maf is sucking tons of air (and RPM high) but why is the IDLE switch stuck closed at 0v?) its asking that.
so it is, (or late to OPEN)
1: lost 5vdc to pin 4 of TPS, gray-red
2: TPS is not indexed, (its inside tabs not set in propery to throttle shaft as FSM shows, )
3: TPS adjusted so that the switch stays closed too long, this is why they have 3 feeler gauges to make sure this can not happen.

i dont think a TPS can fail , in such a way as to ground its out put all times. no way.. (its insides would have to be mangled)
pin 2 is ECU ground at TPS
and pin 3 is idle switch, 0v is idle and 5v is not idle. i think the thresholds for this logic (ECU) is about 1v. but that dont matter. the switch must go to infinity, at the correct point. or 45s hit
this will cause many driving issues, many things rely on this switch to work.
i test the TPS off car, carefully for glitching at any throttle angle, TP pin then test the switch for good, and then calibrate it with TB off car.
