45 is grounded all the time, means TPS is signalling idle all the time. (the index pins inside can be misindexed. after someone took the TPS off and put it back not aligning the index pins per fsm.. see fsm words in the page.
it will cause up to 8 problems, if not right.
tip-in bog (or the ISC fights your right foot, very odd effects all can be very unsafe to drive. ) on new cars they drop to Limphome, mode, at drop of a hat, for TBW, throttle by wire..
