Hey kick wanted to get back to you. I was able to source the #15 bushings online as a direct replacement for the Suzuki part number.
The part number is Febest SZAB-010 and is a quarter of the price as the Suzuki part.
They also carry the same rubber bushing #23 and that Part number is Febest SZAB-007 and is a direct replacement as well but about the same price as from Suzuki.
I had the new #15 bushings pressed into the old brackets and everything went back together great.
I figured out you were originally right when you mentioned the locking hubs being a culprit in the clunk.
After replacing the bushings the clunk was still there so i noticed the cv axles have a little movement and that the clucking might be coming from the manual locking hubs we switched over to.
The funny thing is the hubs work and lock fine. I tested the 4 wheel drive system extensively this weekend with much success.
I will swap back over to the auto locking hubs and see if there is any difference.
