1989/90 , new free(?) ISC gasket. printed
#1
Hallo.  (quoted) he can not post due to java-script errors unknown)

Thanks so much for your interesting and exhaustive forum. I could
repair my 89 vitara troubles. I had the ISC gasket destroyed so not possible
to regulate the throttle.
So I printed a 3d gasket with TPU material and
mounted.
It run smooth  and perfectly now.
you can find the file (.STL) to be printed with exact dimension here

Just another test with new account , xp pc , firefox...
hei hei hei, it seems working now.
So update to the vitara 89 fixing. Yesterday I went out for the first ontheroad test. The sidekick run nicely and good power to wheels . I made 91km and some in offroad with 4x4. Good power to the ground and the total consumption was 11.7km/L  that is good for a 4x4. The only boring thing is the ISC valve rattle while automatic regulate to 1000rpm  in case of front head lights or blow heater on. The noise (rattle) is olso for some seconds while opening the throttle valve to acelerate. But as I read on this forum it seems to be a normal defect.  Another issue I could see while in 4x4L mode and turning the stearing left or right the left wheel is producing a cranck noise so think I have trouble on the trasmission joint . May bee on the manual wheel trasmission insertion.
Will investigate and will tell

Justo to show you the way I used to calibrate idle air on a small 50$ scopemeter I post here the link to some pictures. The DSO nano is nice for this test as it has the automatic reading of the dutycycle and the isolated ground to avoid destructive ground loop.

I can say that bynow the ISC gasket I 3D printed in TPU material (thermal Poly urethane) is resisting nicely to temperature and gasoline vapour. Will report if any fail.
Just link here the source for the gasket

Hope it helps someone
