1994 jlx 4 door tailgate latch

I am still trying to kick.
My rear (back door) tailgate latch assemby has rusted and is just hanging there. My vehicle has power door locks.
I need to know what I need to fix it.
Looked on ebay and am not sure. Bracket rusted over license plate bulbs and is hanging. Latch is rusted on right side and removed slightly from the door.
Ideas?

all your emails arrived, im just slow.
your door bracket mounts are not made now, suzuki discontinued them as did vast other parts, your is 4door. some parts totally different on 2door.
any shop can just cut some sheet metal a U shape, drill them and remount the license lamp frame to door.
swapping doors (off donor), would be real hard, the hinge bolts are put on with impact gun, same for taking them off, and now rusted, 10x worse

then that bent ,latch arm, can be straightened.

or mount a generic license lamp frame , sold in auto stores there, lamp and mount and lic. plate mount
leaving only the latch to fix.
door skins need to be off to do all this, they just pop off,
