Replacing Throttle Body - Idle stop screw?

Fixkick,

If I replace the throttle body assembly on my 95 tracker with the square type TB assembly with water driven IAC valve and TPS, do I need to be concerned about re-setting the idle stop screw? Or, should it be set correctly as an assembly?

pour water down the board,. a teaspoon,
it will not pass to the other side.
if it does, someone messed with the stop screw,. no biggy, just use .0005 feeler gauge, fly plate too bore wall.
im sure it ok, most are.
