RE: coolant flow to ISC and IAC - kthnos - 04-26-2016

hey fixkick! any ideas on the 'i have no idea' hose?

RE: coolant flow to ISC and IAC - fixkick - 04-29-2016

its the brake booster hose.
see it, see it go to large metal line then to hose again and then to the booster.
that line goes some where just follow it with eyes,
that hose near the monoport side winder pipe, at plenum rear
the plenum is hard vacuum,
things that need this are.
1: the front of plenum see nipples go to VSV (evap)
2: booster.
3: your car is not 3speed so there is no 3sp vacuum modulatorl.
4: no EGR vacuum (a blessing for sure)
just booster is my guess, its not water hose, right?
keep in mind we dont have that plenum here in this country.

the booster is same spot on E04 market engine, USA< fed.

as seen here at rear left of plenum.
my plenum unbolts, yours dont.

btw
your car is market E41. Greece. (i have the full Santana parts list on it)

it's a huge 1.5 gig database. (complex) i have text file for all steps for xp to w10 install after iso burn to CD or virtual cd iso setup)
the EPC fits on 2 CDs.
i have a single zip for the whole thing, but no place to post/host it.
due to folks posted movies illegally, they put limits on file sizes. and bump me off. (just on size)
show me space and ill push it there.
i have it super compressed with 7zip and pw.
1.095 gig.zip

just a sec here.
local suzuki insists (based on my Vin) that my car has two oxygen sensors. i only found one (which i replaced with a new one since it was like 17 years old).
fixkick, can you check into that? is it possible that i have another (invisible?) oxygen sensor?
