Aftermarket Parts - Brand Recommendations - cosmic_splatter - 07-23-2014

I plan on shipping my 95 Tracker down to a Caribbean island where I will be living. I would like to replace as many of the sensors as possible while I am back in the states since by the time you pay the costs to ship things and send back things that don't fit, you could have replaced them all in the states for the same price. Additionally, I plan on using the old sensors for spares which are expensive to purchase if available.

My question is this, I see tons of brands of Aftermarket parts. Does anyone have recommendations on the top brands for parts?

I see these when looking at 02 sensors, fuel pumps, water pumps etc...

1. Bosch
2. Specra
3. TMI
4 FMI
5. No name brands

Can any provide any guidance on which ones are the top of the line parts to purchase? Also, is there a vendor that is the "go to" source for vintage tracker parts? Amazon is selling a bunch. I see a company called Rock something, partstrain etc.

thanks,
John

16valve or 8v engine, the 16v MAF is about $1000 new.
use the Bosch, and use my table here. 95, cal, or 95 federal tracker? 3 wire or 4 wire>?
see 1995?

buy them at Rockauto.com
lots of sensors are there, and things not, are
most the sensors last life of engine, but not the TPS.
not O2.
