Distributor spares to carry on trail? - rjm - 04-13-2022

Need suggestion on what - if any parts of distributor I should have on hand while off road. Or maybe the complete spare. These distributors seem pretty $$ so parts would be best. This is a 1990 tracker manual trans 4x4. Many pics of my engine bay are in pics page on this site. Thanks for long time support. rjm

1990 CAR g16 THE ECU DOES NOT MAKE OR GENERATE SPARK UNTIL 1991.
SO THE COIL SPARE AND CAP .ROTOR AND THAT COMPLETE IGNITOR TWIN MODULE INSIDE
ONE IS GAPPED TO SPEC A, VR SENSOR THAT DRIVES NEXT TO IT THE IGNITOR ( huge transistor) THAT RUNS THE COIL. if this line fails spark ends.
AND VACUUM ADVICE AND CENTRIFUGAL ADVANCE TOO. ECU DOES NOT DO THAT TILL 1991.
KEEP THOSE LAST 2 WELL OILED FOR NO JAMS.
HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU. WHEELING.
