ECU Suzuki identyfying the diode - Yez - 09-21-2020
Hi
I have a problem identifying the diode that has failed in the Suzuki ECU. The marking on the diode is 5-6L2, but I cannot find any documentation about this diode. Does anyone know what can I buy a replacement for this diode? Is it an ordinary rectifier diode or a zener diode?

but 5.6v Zener 1/2watt or 1w.?

A and B suffixed parts are more accurate, B most.
seems like 1w sided to me....
wattage unknown. but MOUSER has plenty as usual....
