RE: 93 side kick tail light lens - Lon - 03-24-2018

Thank you for your reply.

you hit on the problem , there are NO SCREWS on or in the tail light lens ! That is why I posted the question.
I do not have an owners manual , only a shop manual and there is nothing on (9-28)_ about removing the tail light lens. But thank you for your effort .

RE: 93 side kick - fixkick - 03-24-2018

did you open the rear door first. on some models the screws are only visable when the door is open
that chamber behind the rear tail lamps, no human can go, ever.
so how else would one get there?, answer, screws there.
the would lens assembly is ONE PIECE, backups/tailpark/turns Sigs/brakes, are all one piece.

the rear of it has twist of sockets, but can never be reached unless the whole assemble is removed.
the first years are like this.

see this photo , see those, plastic inserts on the bottom edge in the steel body
those are where the screws were fitted, im doing that , there.
my hand

one has to bend over and look , standing, maybe not be possible to see.

ill send the free GM book next. (as in Geo Tracker 93, same body)

my guess, not bending over and looking is it?
use a flash light?
clean off all the dirt found there, first?
mud,etc.
someone lost the screws so glued it on, (ouch)
