5speed shifter, lever install is one step in FSM

Description: screws called id 36 loose , 1/2 way in. twist lock the top cup (and lever) compreesing the spirng and turn cw 90degreese and it locked tighten 2x 36id screws; I find holding the cup down hard and inserting the 2 screws more easy.
