| Description: some DC voltmeters can work but about 1/2 do not;. connected directly to ISC 2 pins.(back probed. but the FSM shows, connecting the he DLC ok sure,, but, facts are : that meter in the book is not sold. anywhere. the suzuki meter is a current sourcing meter (crazy idea sure) worse yet, some ECU have no drive signal there. its just and open drain(collector) transistor, , but what does work most the time, (every) is a DMM with a knob that states DUTY. and connected directly tot he ISC works, the 1996+ cars in USA do source current for duty on the DLC and all voltmeters work , as the FSM stated. but not earlier.
