Hi there
I planed to work on my brakes the other day, and when I got to rear brakes, after removing the wheels , there are so called "locking washers" on the studs.
How do you remove these? I kinda tried to force them a bit, but they do damage the studs. So put the wheels back till i figure it out.
I am sure it something simple.
Thanks

1991 , has center bolts yours does not.
Hey
That's is what I was thinking. I will try to pry them with a screwdriver and pliers.
in this picture you have only 4 studs, as far as know they are 5. is this an older model?
Thanks again.
ops sorry , that is 91, those are drum studs, sorry, but its the same deal.

the hole in center is larger on the 04 but is same deal.
btw , the parts catalog does not not show the clips. im sure its for factory convenience.
My Jeep JK had the same, I just used cutting pliers, cut them in a couple of spots and removed them.
